Healing Your Past; Moving Into An Awesome Future

Many of you may have had some struggles in the past.  You made it through them and you have grown into a stronger, better person for it.  However, you just cannot seem to let go of the pain, as if you don’t know who you would be without it.  Well, let me tell you from experience, you can be more awesome than you’ve ever imagined. I held on to the pain and anger for many, many years.  It was a security blanket, of sorts.  I held on to it until I began to meditate with the added benefit of healing crystals.  Little by little the pain and anger began to dissolve leaving a lighter feeling in my soul, and my self-confidence soared.

SUNDAY ORACLE: Sige

Take some quiet time alone to rest, meditate, and contemplate.”

The Gnostic goddess that is considered to be the void from which all creation sprang, wants you to connect, once again, with silence. Now is the time to retreat into a quiet place and silence the mind chatter. Let go of worries and concerns. It is of the utmost importance to take some time to be still and quiet. Take a few moments today to just breath and keep silent, make no decisions or plans. It is with this meditative silence that you will find your true self and the true answers to the questions you seek. The quiet mind finds wisdom.

Today, stay away from loud noises and crowds. Go on a retreat, take a walk in a quiet place, preferably in a nature setting. Vow to talk less and listen more this week. Rest your mind with meditation and contemplation.

Many of us do not take enough time to sit quietly and commune with the silence that gives birth to wisdom. We want to always have some sort of chatter going on. You may be pleasantly surprised to find that a regular diet of quietness clears your thought processes. You will find that your are making better decisions with a lot less effort and worry.
